Health care in Chicago, IL - Discount medical providers agree to deep discounts on health services

Chicago health care providers bring a sense of understanding to the medical services market in the state of Illinois. With an Ameriplan discount health care provider, you can usually be assured that you are in good hands.

With Ameriplan health and dental providers in Chicago and other Illinois cities, members will save up to 80% or more on health and dental services and as much as 60% or more on other services such as vision, prescription and chiropractic, however, this type of discount plan is not for everyone since it typically requires a monthly membership fee as high as $60 a month.

For many people, access to health care is limited to what is covered by their health plan. For those who don't have a health plan, the access to health care may only be limited to a very limited number of providers.

In Illinois, you have a major northern U.S. city with a huge population of 2.8 million people in Chicago. With struggling economic news and major companies laying off millions of people, it is easy to see why lines are long where social medical programs are available.

Health care in a city like Chicago, IL can be daunting also due to extreme weather conditions. When it gets cold, people are more likely contract he flu or some other such seasonal bug that will cause for a major influx in menial doctors visits where the need for care is perhaps not always so urgent.

Chicago discount health plan providers will provide medical, dental, vision and chiropractic services at price reductions of up to 80% or more.

Health care alert - The staggering cost of health care in America is it pandemic

Worst problems with health insurance - What would it be like to wake up and find you're self and your loved ones without health care insurance and a major health issue comes up and threatens you or a family member.

You find out that the cost will be so high that you're family will fall into bankruptcy and you will have to loose you're home just to stay alive. What would that feel like?

Well, most Americans are in that position. They can not afford the high premiums and they suffer the consequences of not having access to quality health care. Quality health care is only available to those who can afford the high cost.

Aren't those insurance companies corrupt? You bet they are.

Why should they be the ones who determine who will live and who must die? It's all about profit and who's got the money.

Why does health care and education in the U.S. suffer to such a degree that peoples lives and children's futures can wind up at risk?

What that amounts to is that the doctors and pharmaceutical companies can charge very high amounts of money for health care. That's why they put you on a waiting list where you have to pay the premium for a set amount of time before you can even use it and see a doctor and in order to qualify you have to be in perfect health.

The problem seems to be that people who need the health care the most are the ones least likely to be able to afford to pay for it.

The One Diet - The most important thing you can do to assure yourself good health

Today we are going to talk about the specifics to what I like to call The One Diet. The reason why I call it the one is that it is The One Diet that teaches you everything you need to know about which foods are OK to eat and which ones are not when it comes to losing weight and overall health.

When you think about this diet try to understand that we are talking not only about losing weight but also your health in general. A significant portion of the diseases that we suffer from can be directly attributed to the foods that we eat.

If you are still going to the grocery store trying to make excuses why you need to buy more meat and other animal by products, you are missing the point. When we eat the meats that are shoved in our fave every time we go to the grocery store, we are not only disrespecting the animal by eating its flesh, not to mention the suffering of the animal up to and during slaughter, we are putting out own health at risk.

It is said that colon cancer may be the number 3 killer among men. It's obvious when you think about it. Vegetables and other plant products will stay in your colon for up to a few hours, meats however can stay in your system for up to 72 hours or longer.

If you can imagine whether it's really OK to have that rotting, hormone filled meat inside your stomach for days with pesticides and other chemicals from grazing and ingesting.

The high fats that are in the most delectable cuts of meat have the tendency to trap and retain the kinds of chemicals that are in pesticides and artificial hormones.

Health and diet - How plastics end up in out food supply

We may find it easy to take for granted the fact that food is readily available to anyone who has any significant means. We rarely think about how specialized those areas of food production are. We are so disconnected in fact, that most of us cannot say for certain what exactly is in the foods we eat.

Unfortunately, many of the foods we eat are packaged in plastics. What is even more disturbing is that these environmentally disastrous plastics end up in the waist pile and eventually into our natural environment like or oceans.

It has become clear that the oceans are teaming with pieces of harmful plastic, large and small from old toys to medical supplies, to computer parts and many other things made of the material.

Much of this plastic inadvertently gets into the food chain of fish and other seafaring creatures. We then eat those fish and it is believed that many of our modern health problems stem from these plastics in our diet, including diabetes, cancers, obesity, nervous system disorders and much more.

If we witnessed this "plastic soup" firsthand, would we not do whatever was within our power to boycott plastics and make sure they were recycled so as to not end up in the ocean.

The problem is that we read about these things and we fail to connect ourselves to the problem. We fail to see our efforts to resist these temptations as effective. Such as voting, it is easy for us to take it for granted that someone else will vote in out best interest, when this is not always the case.

Reading the label is obviously not sufficient if you can't tell by simply looking at the average American waistline. Most people will actually be cynical towards many things that might actually help them.

Health and diet crisis - The candida epidemic

It's probably not the most comfortable topic for many people. When we have stomach problems, we tend to rely on those problems going away. Sometimes they don't. For many, their stomach conditions can be very elusive.

The problem clearly lies in the diet that people consume. People fail to see that the foods they eat are the main cause. They rely on their doctor to tell them what to do in case of medical need.

For many people, the stomach condition can be traced back to a stomach virus or parasite such as candida. Candida is a yeast that is present in our bodies naturally, however, when we over feed candida, it can grow out of control. For many women, this might be more familiarly known as a yeast infection.

When we eat too much sugar and starch and fried foods, we create conditions prime for candida to flourish. We allow it to grow too much and it gets into other organs and can potentially cause big problems.

Many people don't have a strong connection to their doctor and so they fail to communicate their symptoms properly and they teach each other little about themselves, leaving many holes in the interview process between doctor and patient. If you need a really specialized medical professional, you may have an even more difficult time getting proper treatment.

For this reason, it is good to have a well built medical record. You need to have an established history of treatment on file, but at the same time, you should also take into account your indulgences. When we eat many common household food items we could be putting ourselves at risk for major health problems.

Foods that are heavy in starch and sugar will eventually give anyone problems. Biscuits, bread, refined flour, wheat, processed gluten based products, fried potatoes, cookies, any typical prepackaged snack food.

Think about it, they have banned marijuana, however these widely taken for granted food products are way more harmful when used in excess. High sugar and high starch diets can cause symptoms of brain wasting.

If you want to avoid health conditions such as candida, you'll want to stick to a diet of fresh fruits and vegetables. Don't let the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) scare you into buying into the BS. They have fooled the American public into thinking it was OK to eat all the junk that the major processed food producers put on the store shelf.

When we leave sugar on our teeth, it is not the sugar itself that actually destroys our teeth. It is actually the acids that are produced by the bacteria that feed on that sugar. The bacteria then basically defecates/regurgitates the acidic waste product back onto your teeth and that acidic waste (bacteria crap) is what erodes your teeth.

You can imagine that a similar condition could take place in your stomach. You leave sugar in your stomach and candida feeds on it.

Health care alert - The obesity rate has skyrocketed

Yes the rate of obesity has skyrocketed and we are now meet a proverbial point. Do we continue to be so gluttonous or do we begin to turn back and make the necessary changes that will restore us to better health.

I believe the problem stems in the fact that nobody truly knows what to do. All the fad diets like the ATKINS diet and the high carb, low protein diets LIFE CHOICE WEIGHT WATCHERS MACROBIOTIC they all will claim to be the one and only way to weight loss when in reality they are literally designed to keep your weight fluctuating, that way you will always come back for more.

More money is all they care about. Repeat income is generated every time you fail.
So what you need to do is find out why you gain weight. And believe it or not you will find that you really only gain weight for a very few different ways.

One reason would be that you are not on a consistent regiment of exercise. It is one of the key factors to building muscle and muscle is what you are aiming for, when one is looking to lose fat. Another reason is that you do not know which foods make you fat and which ones don't
So when you combine these elements you risk out of control weight gain.

What you need to do is begin with the basics. Waking up and going for a walk each and every morning is an excellent way to begin a workout routine. From there all you have to do is add to it.

Go to a park where you can feel comfortable working out and than start doing some basic sit ups and push ups. Concentrate on doing a certain number of sets. A good number to start out with is 3. And I recommend doing as many reps until you can't do anymore. For someone that is heavily obese that may only be five or ten reps.

But most people can do at least 20 reps just starting out. Than when you are done than do three more sets. And remember to drink a lot of water that will also help you to lose weight. Now every time you exercise try adding a few reps to each set that way you can be confident that you are making progress.

What you want to do is begin to break up your workouts into specific muscle groups for specific days. So for example you want to focus on your abs and your triceps one day and than your bis and chest the next day.

That way you give your muscles a solid break in between workouts. Look out for my next post where I will teach you the specifics to the one and only diet designed to help you keep the weight off.

Inflation still hitting the health care market

While people are facing an economic crisis into the election of a new President elect, what makes matters worse is the rate of inflation in the health care sector.

The prices of plastics are up and that translates to higher cost of health care services, since the medical industry is so dependent on commodity materials such as plastic.

When the cost go up, inevitably, many people will have to go without and it can be a matter of life or death.

This is why it is so important that we go to the root of the problem and change the way out system works, so that people will be in the medical profession for all the right reasons.

It is important that our doctors are there, but at the same time, we can't allow the medical industry to remain as a leach to its own kind.

In a sense, it seems as though we are purposefully biting ourselves in the tail, when we are on a system where a pharmaceutical "field rep" can just go to a doctors office and basically bribe him or her into prescribing their particular drug.

They say these are drugs to cure psychotic aberration where a persons behavior may be
